SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION
The personal data entered by the buyer will be used by S.C. ARTIFICIAL DISTRIBUTION S.R.L. for marketing and promotional purposes only. The information provided in the order form is necessary to confirm orders, delivery of ordered products, in no case, being provided/sold to a third party or used for databases. Personal data may be transmitted to the authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions, only at their justified request.
PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS
Rollibear.ro products can be purchased based on the firm order from the customer and after accepting the payment of the tax invoice. By launching the firm order and paying the tax invoice, the customer agrees to the commercial conditions presented below. The payment methods can be: Online payment by card, using a secure environment with the help of the payment processor from MobilPay, payment by cash on delivery (cash on delivery) or payment by bank transfer (payment order). Payment by payment order will be made to account RO41INGB0000999907376150 opened at the INGB CENTRALA bank, and proof of payment must be sent to S.C. ARTIFICIAL DISTRIBUTION S.R.L. at the e-mail address contact@rollibear.ro. Delivery will be made only upon receipt of payment confirmation.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
From the moment of payment confirmation, the delivery of the order will be made within a maximum of 7 calendar days depending on the requested volume.
S.C. ARTIFICIAL DISTRIBUTION S.R.L. reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honoured for reasons beyond S.C. ARTIFICIAL DISTRIBUTION S.R.L. which include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest or other force majeure impediments according to the customs of Romanian law. The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by S.C. ARTIFICIAL DISTRIBUTION S.R.L. to any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount of the amount collected by S.C. ARTIFICIAL DISTRIBUTION S.R.L. from this client.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
According to the legislation in force, the products can be returned to the address Jud. Maramures, Loc. Sighetu Marmatiei, Str. Nicolae Titulescu, Nr. 40, unused and in the original packaging, in the same technical and operating conditions. The return cost is paid by the customer, and the supplier will return the value of the products in proportion of 100%, either by cash or by bank transfer within a maximum of 10 days from the return date.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
The cancellation of an order can be done only by written notification to the address contact@rollibear.ro or the telephone number 0742 509 262 at least 4 days before the delivery date.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
S.C. ARTIFICIAL DISTRIBUTION S.R.L. may change the manufacturer, brand and type of certain products only with the prior notification and consent of the customer. The products are new, in the original packaging and come from sources authorized by each manufacturer. The products are handmade from roses, very pleasant to the touch and created based on the “Teddy Bear” toy, popular for more than 20 years.
